Each chair is produced individually over a two-week process, beginning with a solid teak frame that is kiln-dried, carefully shaped, and assembled by hand to ensure strength, balance, and long-term durability.

Once the frame is complete, the seat and backrest are handwoven using a durable rattan blend chosen for its strength and gentle flexibility. Each strand is tensioned by hand to create a supportive weave that resists sagging while offering natural comfort. The result is a chair that feels relaxed yet structurally sound, with just enough natural give for everyday use.

The teak frame is meticulously sanded so the chair sits perfectly level on any surface, before being finished with a light, hand-applied varnish. This subtle finish enhances the warmth of the teak grain while providing a protective layer that allows the materials to age beautifully over time.
