We work with a network of trusted UK, European and International suppliers. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure careful handling and efficient delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the item and supplier. 

We work with a network of trusted UK, European and international suppliers, which means lead times can differ between products. Most orders are delivered with 7-14 days, although some items may take longer. 

Larger, specialist, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Where this applies, it will be be clearly stated on the product page before purchase. 

If there are any delays or updates to your order, we will contact you by email with further information. 

Order Processing ? 

Orders are placed with our suppliers once payment has been confirmed. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer before dispatch. 

Delivery 

Delivery costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. (England, Scotland, and Wales ) 

Change of mind returns 

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale. 

Once the item is returned to the supplier and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the of the total amount paid, including the original delivery cost. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

If an item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a refund may be reduced or refused in accordance with consumer regulations. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the contact foam before returning the product so we can provide the return instructions. subject to the terms and conditions outlined within our Refund and Return Policy. 

Faulty or damaged items 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated delivery cost. 

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number via our contact form. 

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping 

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only (England, Scotland, and Wales). Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and Channel Islands is not available at this time. 

If you are unsure wether your address qualifies please contact us before ordering.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the Islands? 

At this time we deliver to UK mainland only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Sottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. 

Are your items made to order?

Some items are produced or prepared specifically once an order is placed. These made-to-order items help us reduce waste and avoid holding excess stock.

Made-to-order products are clearly labelled and may have different delivery or return terms.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order?

Please remember that you can only modify or cancel your order before it reaches the final stages of preparation for dispatch. Once dispatched the item cannot be cancelled. 

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where items are made to oder or excluded from cancellation, this will be stated on the product page before purchase. 

Can I return an item?

Yes — we accept returns in line with UK consumer regulations.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Some made-to-order or large furniture items may be excluded from returns — this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected by the supplier.

Our prices include delivery. If an item is returned for reasons other than fault or error, Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. 

Who handles delivery and returns?

Your order is fulfilled and shipped by our suppliers.

Returns are typically sent back to the supplier’s warehouse — we’ll provide full instructions once a return is approved.

Why do some items have different delivery times?

Because we work with specialist suppliers and artisan manufacturers, delivery times can vary.

This allows us to offer a wider, more considered range without compromising on quality.

Refused & Failed Deliveries

Occasionally deliveries may be unsuccessful due to factors outside our control, such as an incorrect delivery address, restricted access to the property, or the recipient being unavailable at the agreed delivery time. 

If a delivery is refused, missed, or cannot be completed for these reasons, any additional costs incurred - including re-delivery, storage, or return-to-sender chargers - may need to be deducted from the refund amount. 

We also recommend carefully checking delivery details at checkout and ensuring someone is available to receive the order where required. 

Availability

All items are subject to availability. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep stock information accurate, availability can occasionally change.

If an item you’ve ordered is no longer available, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and process a full refund without delay.

Are there differences between wallpaper batches or finishes?

All wallpapers are produced using professional printing processes. As with any printed surface, slight variations in colour or finish may occur between batches.

For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering all rolls required for your project at the same time and using samples to confirm colour and texture before placing a full order.

Wallpaper Types & Finishes

Premium: Paste the wall installation. Our premium paper offers good durability with a smooth matte finish and great print definition. PVC-free and printed with non-toxic inks, our premium paper is great for those balancing budget with impact.

Luxury: Paste the wall installation. Our luxury paper is a heavyweight vinyl option for higher-end projects and high traffic areas. It has a satin finish with a fine sand texture for an extra luxurious feel. It offers great durability with a scrubbable surface and printed with non-toxic inks.

Self adhesive: Peel & stick installation. Our self adhesive paper offers a smooth matte finish, but with simplified, mess-free installation. It's PVC-free and printed with non-toxic inks.

Superluxe Silk is a heavyweight fabric-backed vinyl option for higher-end projects and high traffic areas. It has a satin finish with a luxurious silk effect texture. It's extremely durable with a scrubbable surface and tear resistance, and is printed with non-toxic inks.

Why do you recommend ordering samples? 

Samples are provided to help you asses colour, texture, and finish in your own space and lighting conditions. Screen displays and room lighting can affect how colours appear. 

Samples are intended for reference only and are non-returnable.

We cannot held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
