Returns & Refunds
At DeNotoDesign, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and the quality of every artwork ordered.
Please ensure that you carefully review artwork images, frame options, and size selections before placing your order. All artwork is produced to order specifically for each customer.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@denotodesign.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
If an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, replacements or refund arrangements will be made at no additional cost to the customer.
COLOUR & APPEARANCE
Please note that slight variations in colour, brightness, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, print materials, and production processes.
Minor colour variations are not considered defects.
CHANGE OF MIND
As all artwork is produced to order, returns and refunds for change-of-mind purchases may not be available once production has begun:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect frame selection
• Orders placed in error
Customers are encouraged to carefully review artwork images, dimensions, frame options, and measure their intended display space before placing an order to ensure the artwork is suitable for their home or interior.
Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is accepted for any reason other than a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Where an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel, any replacement order may be subject to additional shipping and production costs.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Limited-edition digital artwork and downloadable collections are currently in development. Coming Soon - Spring 2027
